You shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any claim. ReviewBasics.com reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you and you shall not in any event settle any matter without the written consent of ReviewBasics.com.
(7) The ReviewBasics.com Web Site contains links and pointers to the other related World Wide Web Internet sites, resources, and sponsors of the ReviewBasics.com Web Site. Links to and from the ReviewBasics.com Web Site to other third party sites, maintained by third parties, do not constitute an endorsement by ReviewBasics.com or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates of any third party resources, or their contents.

(10) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE, SHALL ReviewBasics.com and SharpStyle LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE ReviewBasics.com, ANY OF ReviewBasics.com'S CONTENT, SERVICES, PRODUCTS AND/OR ANY RELATED SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ReviewBasics.com OR AN AUTHORIZED ReviewBasics.com REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. APPLICABLE LAW MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY OR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN NO EVENT SHALL ReviewBasics.com'S and SharpStyle LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE ReviewBasics.com WEB SITE.
(11) It is your obligation to ensure that the upload and posting of your content is not violating any copyright. You are solely responsible for the content of your review space(s). If you feel that any individual is violating your copyright, please contact ReviewBasics.com support staff. ReviewBasic.com claims no ownership rights in the content you place on your review space. Continued use of ReviewBasics.com after such postings shall be deemed an acceptance by you to be bound by the terms of the modified Agreement.
(14) This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between ReviewBasics.com and you with respect to your use of the ReviewBasics.com Web Site. Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of the ReviewBasics.com Web Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Agreement, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the Agreement, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in New York County, New York, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the ReviewBasics.com Web Site. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of any ReviewBasics.com successor companies or assigns.
(15) All images, text and any other content on this site are protected by copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary rights and laws. ReviewBasics.com and SharpStyle Labs LLC reserves its rights in and to all other content contained in the web site.
